This is a large omnibus bill, which primarily creates the ImagiNE Nebraska Act to replace the Nebraska Advantage Act and continue business tax incentives; creates Nebraska Transformational Projects Act to support a UNMC and federal government partnered project on infectious disease; and creates the Nebraska Property Tax Incentive Act, requiring a minimum of $275 million in property tax credits per year. The bill also creates the Revolving Loan Fund; Key Employer and Jobs Retention Act; Renewable Chemical Production Tax Credit Act; and Customized Job Training Act.
